The Sauna Cocoon Pods use a combination of dry heat convection, Infrared, 6 Red LED lights, vibration massage, Himalayan salt and aromatherapy to help promote relaxation, detoxing, reduce inflammation, pain management, metabolism boost, weight loss and management, and so much more!

The SculptLight has been known to help with pain relief in certain areas and helps target excessive weight areas in conjunction with diet and exercise, such as the abdomen, chin, upper arms, thighs and buttocks. For optimal results, we recommend a series of 8 sessions per target area. Each SculptLight session includes a 30 minute Sauna Cocoon Pod session.

The main control unit converts AC electricity to low power DC electricity which flows through a patented electrode called an array that is set in front of the feet in the footbath. Ions are then created when the electricity and the metal combine to split a water molecule from H2O into H+ and OH- ions. These ions travel through the body, neutralize oppositely charged particles such as free radicals, and through powerful osmotic pressure pull those neutralized particles out of the body.
